I use AI on a regular basis for research, brainstorming, etc. I earned two certificates that taught some AI skills: “AI-Based Business Administrative Assistant” & “AI-Enhanced Digital Marketing & Analytics.” I mainly use ChatGPT, Gemini, & Copilot but I can use others.

Do you like using AI to create images?
I went to a webinar where the presenter’s AI image had a big misspelled word in the background. Some AI images have people with 6 fingers. It’s helpful to have someone double-check the images you use.

Need a slide presentation?
I can use AI apps to create a slide presentation quickly. Or I can use MS PowerPoint or Google Slides. I double-check all text & images of slides I create.

Not enough time to keep up with your social media network?
I can check into your social media accounts & see what messages you've received. If there are people who have posts you want to read, I can summarize the posts with AI. I can also comment for you so you stay engaged (of course you would review the comments first).

Want to create a training manual?
I've written pages for training & SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) manuals. I'll write step-by-step instructions for every computer procedure I do for you.

Falling behind on data entry?
I can enter info into MS Excel/Google Sheets; QuickBooks/Quicken; HubSpot; & Asana. I can quickly learn how to enter data into other CRMs & bookkeeping software.
